Position: Automotive - Bodyshop Technician/ Body Man *$2400 Sign on Bonus*
Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repairs, attention to detail, and a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition.

$2,400 Sign on Bonus

"Bonus Payable in two separate payments after the required 60 days of employment."

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality body repairs on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Assess vehicle damage and create repair plans.
• Replace and align body panels, bumpers, and other exterior components.
• Operate tools and equipment like welders, grinders, and paint sprayers.
• Collaborate with the paint team to ensure vehicles are fully restored.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure safety standards are followed in all repair processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or Collision Repair Specialist.
• Proficiency in repairing and replacing vehicle panels, bumpers, and other body parts.
• Knowledge of I-CAR and ASE certifications is preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of auto body tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
