Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, other handyman-type work Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed This is a non-construction job.

Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills. Strong customer service Willing to learn and do direct to consumer selling Valid driver's license and clean record

Each franchise is independently owned and operated.
