Heavy Equipment Operator for demolition cleanup.

Foreman, Superintendent.

Also looking for torches, and cutters for steel.

You MUST be certified to operate an excavator no exceptions. You MUST have an active operator card.

• Work on each job delivering the highest quality service that is safe and most effective within the determined time limits.
• You will be cleaning up demo work.
• You MUST be able to pass a drug test and have the ability to become banged in.

• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management techniques.
• Prioritize workload so as to meet productivity standards and applicable deadlines.
• Communicate with Supervisor on a regular basis about project status and issues.
• Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relations with internal and external customers.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and demeanor.
• Report to work on time and prepared to perform duties of position.

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.
• Detect and fix operating problems.
• Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
• Ensure that all machinery and tools are available to the crew, and everything is in proper order.
• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of construction equipment and tools to ensure everything is in working condition.
• Ensure company equipment, materials, and work sites are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• 5 years’ experience operating heavy equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read manuals and blueprints/plans.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent eye/hand/foot coordination.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial Driver’s License preferred.
