BH Management is seeking a Service Technician III to support the property’s physical assets, perform maintenance, and assist with make-readies to ensure move-in readiness. You will help with preventive maintenance and oversee tools and inventory while coordinating with the Service Manager.
Qualified candidates have at least three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience, OSHA awareness, and EPA HVAC certifications.
