Community Behavioral Health Agency serving Palm Beach County hiring Case managers to serve children, adults and families.
Independent contractor position with flexible schedule.
Full time hours (25+ hours) preferred.
FCB Certification (Preferred).
Coordinate needed services for children, adults & families in Palm Beach County.
Detailed description will be provided during interview.
Skills/ Requirements- PALM BEACH COUNTY, must be willing to travel.
- Preferred Bilingual(English/Spanish or English/Creole)
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Related Field
- Min. 2 yrs experience preferred
- FCB - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Preferred
- Basic Knowledge of Community Resources
- In person position
TARGETED CASE MANAGERS
BA or BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justiceor Human Services related field.
