Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift: 7am-4pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Efficiently move products for receiving, stocking, replenishments, and order filling as needed

+ Operate stand-up, dock stocker, and sit-down (Certified) lift trucks safely and effectively

+ Learn and perform all functions of the warehouse departments

+ Operate around trailers, containers, and storage areas of the warehouse

+ Focus on safety, quality, and meeting daily operational objectives while practicing ownership and initiative

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to operate an order picker forklift safely and efficiently

+ Basic inventory transaction computer skills

+ Lift certified or ability to obtain certification

+ Basic problem solving and decision-making skills

+ Ability to read, write, and speak basic English;
Spanish skills are a plus
