Enterprise Billing & Account Specialist

• Serve as the dedicated billing liaison for a portfolio of our largest customers, ensuring a "white-glove" experience
• Conduct monthly or quarterly billing reviews with stakeholders to discuss charges, usage data, and credits
• Lead the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams for root cause analysis
• Manage the submission of invoices into client-specific vendor portals to ensure timely processing
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and perform soft collections with a customer-service mindset

• 3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts
• Experience interpreting complex contracts and converting terms into billing logic
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with billing/ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Salesforce)

• Familiarity with vendor procurement portals is a strong plus
• Previous experience in financial onboarding of enterprise clients
• Strong analytical skills for data reconciliation and reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
