Salary/Compensation

$55k - $80k Annually. The average commission an employee makes in year 1 is $10,000, and $30,000 in year 2.

Position Overview

Atrium is a leading Talent Solutions firm with a trusted commitment to service and innovation. We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager (Technology Staffing) within the Information Technology Staffing Division. This role is expected to leverage an existing contact base, network, and prospect for new staffing opportunities, applying superior sales skills to win opportunities within the IT space. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at overcoming objections and resilient in the face of challenges.

Responsibilities

Of The Account Manager (Technology Staffing)
  • Pursue new business opportunities with Atrium prospects and existing clients:
    • Train under the guidance of the Senior Managing Director of NJ Talent Solutions, while building a portfolio of leads by leveraging existing contact base, networking, and warm/cold calling.
    • Schedule and conduct consultative meetings with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition/HR teams.
    • Convert leads to opportunities by articulating Atrium capabilities and differentiators according to client requirements.
    • Develop pricing proposals and drive profitable margins with strong negotiation skills.
    • Meet sales performance metrics, expectations, and deliverables, and other projects or tasks as directed by management.
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients by ensuring Atrium provides best-in-class service.
    • Generate sales leads and market new business through cold and warm calls, emails, and targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct consultative meetings with potential client stakeholders to identify Staffing business needs and qualified resources.
  • Meet defined sales expectations and deliverables:
    • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and sales activities within the Atrium CRM platform.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional Atrium leaders and subject matter experts.
    • Coordinate with Divisional Leaders, Business Development Managers, and Recruiters to uncover intel and opportunities.
    • Access internal SMEs to develop proposals and materials for presentations.
    • Coordinate contributors for solution planning, pricing, or other required proposal content.
    • Work with Atrium teams to train, learn, and position competitive advantages.
    • Represent Atrium Staffing Solutions portfolio of services with confidence.
    • Attend conferences and networking events; participate in local industry organizations as agreed with Leadership.
    • Achieve exposure for Atrium by meeting face-to-face with clients, talent technology partners, and prospects.
Required Experience/Skills for the Account Manager (Technology Staffing)
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of new business development with a proven history of achieving sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage several prospects/proposals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to operate at an office desk for extended periods (sitting or standing).
  • Ability to travel between Atrium offices as needed, and work with the Holmdel team 3 days a week in the office, and 2 days remotely.
  • Ability to attend national industry events and conferences as needed.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree or comparable work experience required.
