Job Description & How to Apply Below

Central Reach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. Trusted by more than 200,000 users, we enable therapy providers, educators, and employers to scale the way they deliver ABA and related therapies with innovative technology, market-leading industry expertise, and world-class customer satisfaction.

Central Reach Essentials is the leading all-in-one AI-powered autism and IDD care platform specifically designed for small and startup therapy providers. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help grow and evolve this product as we expand our revenue cycle, practice management and clinical capabilities.

This role is designed for a Senior Product Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and hands‑on execution . You will leverage your experience in revenue cycle and/or claim management products to contribute to the CR Essentials product direction while owning end‑to‑end delivery of complex initiatives across the platform. Success in this role requires navigating ambiguity, deeply understanding real‑world clinic workflows, and building solutions that work across disciplines without compromising Central Reach’s ABA strengths.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product Leadership to help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy, particularly around RCM and practice management
  • Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery
  • Help balance the complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user‑friendly experience for our users
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams
  • Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact
  • Leverage AI tools in your work and partner with internal AI experts to evolve our AI‑based product capabilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in claims management, healthcare or workflow‑intensive B2B software
  • Strong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting
  • Experience supporting or designing for healthcare and billing professionals
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI‑based product capabilities
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution
  • Preferred candidates will have direct experience in the RCM / Claims Management domain

This role plays a critical part in ensuring Central Reach can support therapy practices of all sizes across the country and empower those therapists to have a meaningful impact on the lives of their patients.
