• Base salary with annual bonus potential for quality/performance metrics

• Up to $10,000 for relocation for out-of-state physicians

Note: current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the residency stipend program if they join RWJBH during the final year of residency.

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• NJ Licensed or eligible for NJ License
