CompensationRWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation to physicians including:
- Base salary with annual bonus potential for quality/performance metrics
RWJBarnabas Health Physicians also receive a robust benefits package including:

- Malpractice (with tail)

- CME
- Paid time OFF
- Budget for licensing, books, association fees, etc.
- Up to $10,000 for relocation for out-of-state physicians
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- NJ Licensed or eligible for NJ License
- Experienced physicians and new graduates are both encouraged to apply.
