CR Bill Max is seeking an experienced, reliable and detail‑oriented Medical Biller to join our team. This role is part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume billing company that provides managed billing services to healthcare providers, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections. You will be responsible for handling daily billing tasks and supporting our clients by keeping their claims moving efficiently.
This is a hybrid position based in our Holmdel, NJ office. Team members are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities- Submit initial, secondary and tertiary insurance claims daily for assigned clients
- Send corrected claims when needed
- Review and fix claim rejections
- Work on ongoing claim submission and correction projects
- Handle additional billing related projects as assigned
- At least 2 years of experience in medical billing (experience with substance abuse, mental health or ABA a plus)
- Able to handle a fast‑paced workload and shift priorities when needed
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
- Clear and confident communicator
- Self‑starter with a positive, professional demeanor
- Analytical problem‑solver who can stay focused when problems arise
Base Salary Range
$44,000 - $50,000 USD
