The Center for Wound Healing at Bayshore Medical Center, an outpatient wound management program, provides a larger and more modern healing environment that includes hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment to better meet the needs of patients suffering from chronic and non-healing wounds. Lauding a wound healing rate consistently over 95%, the expert medical practitioners at the Center for Wound Healing at Bayshore provide treatment and care that not only heals wounds – it heals lives.
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required
- BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association
- BSN is preferred or must obtain within 3 years
- National Certification is preferred
- Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (CWOCN) is preferred; required within two (2) years of hire
- One (1) or more years of experience as a registered nurse
- Wound Care nursing experience is strongly preferred
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
