Enterprise Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Marketing & Communications Strategy & Operations Team of a major firm in Holmdel, NJ. This is a long-term contract and a hybrid remote set-up (2 days a week in the office).

No 3rd parties please. Must have experience working for a major enterprise company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure goals are met.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.

• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

• Ensure all finished product by internal agency team members is delivered with high quality, on brand, on time, and within budget

• Consistently optimize workflow to ensure we are functioning at the highest level of efficiency

• Support Project Manager Lead, Enterprise Operations Leads and Head of Strategy & Operations in operations and project-related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, project and program management, process improvement, campaign management, and creative operations

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
