Comfort Hands Home Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide one-on-one medical care to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in wound care, looking to deliver high-quality, personalized care in a comfortable home setting. • Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting based on the client’s individual needs.
• Perform wound care management, including dressing changes, monitoring healing, and infection prevention.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and assess vital signs and overall health conditions.
• Assist with catheter care, tube feedings, and other specialized nursing tasks.
• Educate clients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and home care techniques.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in wound care is required.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to different home environments and provide personalized care.
