• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe and excellent patient-centered care with a diverse patient population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, rendered care and treatment plans.
• Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safest delivery of medications.
• Patient and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.
• Minimum six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability, teamwork focus, and passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Minimum rate of $45.73 hourly. HM  is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members.
