Director of Wellness (RN)
Complete Care at Holmdel Assisted Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Wellness (RN) to lead clinical operations within our 121-bed assisted living community.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about resident-centered care and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment. Our assisted living community is uniquely connected to a skilled nursing facility, providing enhanced clinical resources and a continuum of care that benefits both residents and staff.
We are looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse with assisted living leadership experience who can ensure exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications of Director of Wellness (RN)- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Prior leadership experience in an assisted living community required
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and clinical standards
- Experience managing resident assessments, care plans, and wellness programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for providing high-quality care and enhancing resident quality of life
- Oversee all clinical and wellness services within the assisted living community
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, policies, and clinical standards
- Manage resident assessments, service plans, and ongoing wellness monitoring
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff and caregivers
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor quality indicators and implement programs to enhance resident outcomes
- Support resident admissions, transitions of care, and ongoing clinical needs
- Foster a culture focused on dignity, respect, engagement, and exceptional customer service
- Lead wellness services in a thriving 121-bed assisted living community
