• Supervise nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and resident care
• Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility
• Mentor and educate nursing staff while promoting quality care
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
• Help maintain a safe, compassionate, and resident‑focused environment

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident care
