Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Overnight 11PM–7AM

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Pay & Highlights- $48.00–$50.00 per hour
- Additional $3.00/hour Overnight Shift Differential
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
- Overnight
Schedule:
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Daily Pay Available – Get paid when you choose

- Supervise nursing staff during your assigned shift
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and resident care
- Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility
- Mentor and educate nursing staff while promoting quality care
- Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
- Help maintain a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate s or Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident care
