• Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.

• Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology.
• Provide patient and family-centered care for health optimization and disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient-care plans from admission to discharge.

• Education:
  • BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
• Experience:
  • Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience OR participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program
