About This Role
The Registered Nurse on 3 North at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient-centered care in a Med/Surg setting. This per diem role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care.

- Schedule: Per Diem
- Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
- Communicate ongoing patient status and care plans with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience.
- Administer medications using advanced clinical documentation technology.
- Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health and wellness.
- Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge.
- BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
- 1 year of RN experience required
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
