About This Role
The Registered Nurse on the 4th Floor Telemetry unit at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient-centered care and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This part-time night position is ideal for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care.

- Schedule: Part-time, Night shift
- Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
- Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
- Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience.
- Administer medications utilizing clinical documentation technology.
- Provide patient and family-centered care focused on health and wellness.
- Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge.
- BSN strongly preferred; or must obtain within 3 years.
- Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
