This is a full‑time, on‑site Assistant Manager role at J.Crew Factory located in Holmdel, NJ. The Assistant Manager will assist in store operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting the leadership team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store activities, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, assisting in visual merchandising, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves mentoring team members, achieving sales goals, and fostering a collaborative and fun team environment within the store.
