Lead AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, deploy, and support enterprise‑scale Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement scalable AI systems utilizing LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, model orchestration frameworks, Agentic frameworks, and secure API solutions to automate business processes and enhance decision‑making.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure teams, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that provide business value.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, contribute to the enterprise AI roadmap, and mentor junior engineers.

• Advanced knowledge of machine learning engineering, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI platforms.

Salary Range: $ – $. Base pay is determined by education, experience, knowledge, and abilities. Potential eligibility for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
