A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Ops Support, Materials Handling
to support warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials while maintaining inventory accuracy to support manufacturing, service, and customer fulfillment requirements.
- Perform inventory transactions, maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems, conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and support inventory accuracy and material traceability.
- Receive, inspect, process, pick, stage, pack, and ship incoming materials, customer orders, internal transfers, returns, RMAs, and material disposition activities while coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate material handling equipment while maintaining warehouse organization and following established quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and support efficient warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material handling operations.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials in accordance with warehouse safety guidelines.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse processes, ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar), inventory transactions, Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), and strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory auditing, and inventory control practices is preferred.
Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. - Experience supporting domestic and international shipping operations is preferred.
