The CPA will work on-site in Holmen, WI in a full-time capacity. Remote work is not an option for this position. The successful candidate is someone who enjoys working directly with clients in a client advisory role, solving tax problems, and becoming a trusted advisor for small business owners. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

This position requires staying current with federal, state, and local tax regulations, maintaining organized documentation for all engagements, and a great sense of humor.

• Strong accounting and finance skills to support accurate recordkeeping, analysis, and advisory work.
• CPA license, with an active license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain one
• 4+ years of high-level tax preparation for both individual and business returns
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in an understandable manner
• Substantial knowledge of corporate, partnership, S corporation, and individual taxation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
