A Foam Table Assembler 1 is responsible for assisting insulation of panels for HVAC units. This role is responsible for scuffing, measuring and cutting H‑Clip, panel assembly, and working a pressure table. An ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to stand and work at a table, and champion safety in the workplace. This position does assist in the fabrication department as needed.

• Performs basic tasks such as scuffing out panels, taping holes, and measuring h‑clip.
• Learns and follows safety procedures diligently.
• Assists in preparing materials for pressure table operation.
• Supports more experienced assemblers in various foam table tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Actively participates in training programs to develop foam table skills.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the role.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assists in Fabrication department as needed.
• All other duties assigned.

• Occasionally required to work at heights over 4 feet with proper safety protection
