Express Employment Professionals of La Crosse is hiring for a local manufacturer specializing in standard and custom stainless steel tube fittings. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity offering excellent benefits and the opportunity to grow with a stable company.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Long-term, full-time position

• Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Start, stop, and adjust machinery as needed.
• Buff, polish, and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify flaws or defects and verify customer specifications.
• Assist team members in meeting production goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, reach, push, and pull as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
