The Heights Assisted Living (Holmen, WI) – Assisted Living Resident Care Associate – RCA

Full‑time opportunity: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM (PM shift) with optional casual call availability and part‑time shift options.

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities while helping them maintain independence and dignity.
• Perform medication management, light housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
• Receive memory care cross‑training.

• Previous direct‑care experience preferred.
• Experience with medication management and/or CNA and/or CBRF certification is beneficial; training will be provided for the right fit.
• Genuine interest in caring for seniors.
• Valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record.
• Under‑age applicants (18+) will be assisted with obtaining a waiver.

• Previous direct‑care experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience.

• Starting rate $17.00–$19.00+ per hour based on experience and qualifications, with increases after orientation and regular wage reviews.
• Additional $3.00 NOC shift differential, new weekend differential, and on‑call and pick‑up incentives.
