• Assist with daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers.
• Provide a clean, welcoming environment and be fully cross‑trained to support the cash register, switching to front‑end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandise and restock items as required.
• Assist with store cleanliness, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register and maintain cash security to protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents (required).
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height, and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (required).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills (required).
• High level of integrity (required).
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting (required).
