Join our Festival Foods Team as a Produce Clerk. Reports to the Produce Department Manager.

Provide outstanding guest service, maintain fresh produce, and support the overall retail experience.

• Engage with Guests: Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone, assist guests in finding items, taking orders and special requests, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure all items are well‑stocked and displayed according to standards; rotate products using the first‑in, first‑out method to preserve freshness.
• Ensure Cleanliness & Food Safety: Keep the sales floor and cooler clean, organized, and free of spills; log temperatures regularly and complete rotation sheets and shrink recording daily.
• Maintain Supplies & Cooler: Keep supplies such as roll bags and twist ties well‑stocked; order specific items (dips, spices, herbs) as needed.
• Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance in compliance with the schedule and provide adequate notice for absences.

The Produce Clerk is a part‑time position, scheduled for 28 hours a week or less. Shifts vary and may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly. Part‑time associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays; full‑time associates receive time and a half.
