Sherwin-Williams seeks a Spray Equipment Repair Technician to support our Manufacturing Technical & Maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain spray pumps, guns, and related finishing equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. You'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic issues, manage parts and documentation, and collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair spray pumps, guns, hoses, and related finishing equipment
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on spray and finishing systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on equipment
  • Calibrate, test, and verify proper spray patterns and application performance
  • Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and parts usage documentation
  • Order, track, and manage spare parts and repair components inventory
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime
  • Follow all Sherwin-Williams safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
  • Train operators on proper use, basic care, and troubleshooting of spray equipment
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes and equipment
