Office Manager | Holt, MI
Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, optimizing for cost and efficiency.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols in collaboration with production teams.
- Administer new hire onboarding paperwork and assist with HR-related administrative tasks for manufacturing staff.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases specific to manufacturing operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to office and facility matters.
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for office and administrative functions within the manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and professional demeanor.
- Experience with managing office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSHA) and maintaining related documentation.
- Project coordination experience, even in a supporting role.
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
