Test Engineer | Holt, MI
Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Holt seeking experienced Test Engineers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
- Design and build test fixtures and automated test systems.
- Analyze test data, identify trends, and generate reports on product performance and quality.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing defects.
- Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Document test procedures, results, and equipment calibration records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze test data, identify root causes of defects, and propose solutions.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for test result interpretation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing.
