Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Assembly Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of assembly technicians on manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned assembly tasks.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies within the assembly area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly processes and equipment.
• Conduct regular quality checks on assembled products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Optimize workflow and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in assembly operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and technician performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of assembly technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Prior experience with automation or robotics in manufacturing
• Bilingual, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
