Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn: 42.55 per hour on Nights! PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

• Starting Wage: $35.15 per hour

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 Hour Shifts - All shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays
• Full Time Position
• 3rd Shift / Midnights

How you will help people every day:

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors to foster a positive healing environment.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan (MUST BE RN); current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions to patient care challenges.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done.
