Wages: Starting wage $19.15 per hour. Additional Shift Premium of $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.
Hero Pay of $3.40 per hour. Yearly wage increases. Total hourly rate $23.55.

8-hour shifts available. Full-time or part-time positions, including rotating weekends and some holidays.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service during daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care following individualized care plans; bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, daily oral care, shaving, dressing.
• Record and manage nutritional intake, vitals (blood pressure, TPRs), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, ambulation.
• Support therapy services by encouraging patients and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in patient routine or condition to the nursing team.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program; current certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing job duties.
• CNA Nurse Aide Certification.
