LPN Nurse - $8,000 Signon Bonus! (Holt, MI)

Our LPN nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation: $32.55 – $37.55 per hour plus $8,000 sign‑on bonus. Starting wage $29.15 per hour, plus $3.40 per hour hero pay, plus $4–$5 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts; yearly wage increases.

Scheduling
  • 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
  • Full‑time or part‑time available
  • Day shift (first shift) or nights (third shift) available
Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Administer medications per physician orders and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
  • Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you foster a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
  • Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
  • A current license to practice as an LPN Practical Nurse in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or higher.
  • High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
  • Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
