Compensation
  • Starting wage at $19.15 per hour
    • + $1.00 per hour for Shift Premium / 2nd shift
    • + $3.40 per hour hero pay
  • Yearly wage increases

Work Schedule
  • 8‑hour shifts available
  • Full Time or Part Time; includes rotating weekends and some holidays
Responsibilities
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
  • Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans. Includes bathing and all activities of daily living related to skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
  • Perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
  • Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well‑being.
  • Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current certification required from the State of Michigan.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
  • Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
