• Valid 310 Certification
• Active MI School Social Worker (SSW) License
• Current MI Educator Certification (no pending credentials)
• Experience or passion for working in elementary school settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

• Provide direct social work services and interventions to elementary students
• Assess student needs and develop strategies to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Partner with teachers, administration, and families to support student success
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions as appropriate
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student service planning
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
