LaborMAX Staffing is seeking a dependable Flame Table Operator / Plasma Table Operator for a growing manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement for individuals who enjoy working with metal fabrication equipment, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality parts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor plasma torch and flame cutting equipment.
• Load steel and other metal materials onto cutting tables.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine cutting specifications.
• Utilize nesting software to create and manage production work orders.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify specifications.
• Select proper torch consumables and machine settings based on material type and thickness.
• Remove completed parts and prepare materials for the next production run.
• Deburr, grind, drill, and finish metal components as needed.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication.
• Record production information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Move materials and finished products using carts, hoists, or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Lead.

• Must interview with customer prior to beginning work.
