You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that packages items from the animal to the medical community to help save lives. By working safely and interacting with other members, you will help promote a team environment where everyone can learn and grow.

• Learn several job functions within packaging and other departments.
• Follow all USDA and Johnsonville policies.
• Notify team leaders and/or maintenance of problems.
• Use knives and whiz knives in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform all job skills in a safe and precise manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

No education required - looking for someone willing to learn.

Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner. Attention to details. Prioritizing. Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred however not necessary.

TEMPERATURE - Will be exposed to wide variations in temperature. Ability to work with inside conditions that include exposure to moderate noise levels, moderate odor, and presence of animal blood. Ability to fill/lift/carry 30-50 lb. boxes repeatedly. Ability to push/pull carts and racks
