Dedicated Driver Overview
- Strong annual pay with consistent miles. Dedicated company drivers earn up to $94,000 per year, earning 58
CPM on ALL MILES, running a weekly average of 2,500-3,000 miles. Plus, earn a 2
CPM monthly fuel and safety incentive.* - Home time you can count on. Get home at least weekly for a 34-hour reset - and many drivers close to Topeka get home most nights.*
- Freight that keeps you moving. Most loads are drop and hook and preloaded, with some occassional live loads or unloads for a backhaul lane.
- Bonus to get you started. Earn a $1,500 transition bonus paid out within your first six months, plus $500 in orientation pay to kick things off right.
- High earnings for peak seasons. This is a holiday heavy position. Nights and weekends may be required, especially during back to school and peak winter holiday season.
- Currently hiring in select markets. Positions available for drivers within 50 miles of Topeka, KS and Kansas City, MO.
