We're Looking For
As a Strategic Inventory Analyst II, you will take on responsibilities in data analysis, inventory optimization, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective inventory management practices. You will contribute to forecasting accuracy, inventory strategies, and process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Success in this role requires experience with material planning and strong data architecture/reporting fundamentals.
- Manage existing and developed PBI reporting built on Google Cloud Platform.
- Should be comfortable with basic data concepts (i.e., data tables, joins) and have experience working with data visualization and organization tools
- Power BI strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of basic supply chain concepts such as pull systems and differentiation between demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, etc.
- Conduct in‑depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to insure appropriate visibility and performance to goals.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the inventory management function.
- Support the development and maintenance of inventory policies and procedures.
- Comfortable in a continuous learning and development environment - particularly leveraging AI technologies.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field - Work Experience:
2+ years
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives
