Production Packer - Kitting

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Packer to join their team. As a Production Packer - Kitting, you will be an essential part of the assembly process, supporting the production line to ensure efficient and accurate kit assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong reading and math skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Packer - Kitting

Location: Holtville, NY

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17/hour

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

Duration: Temp-to-hire

What's the Job?

• Assembling kits according to production orders
• Reading and interpreting production instructions accurately
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained during assembly
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and understand production orders
• Ability to read/write/speak English and do basic math
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Willingness to work in a team environment
