Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Patrol assigned areas, remain visible to deter security-related incidents, and monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and common spaces;
Monitor access points and guest activity, assist with traffic flow, crowd management, and policy compliance during busy periods;
Support loss prevention and property protection by observing for suspicious behavior and reporting concerns to leadership;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations
