Security Officer - Education Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an educational location;
Respond to incidents, student and/or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to control access, observe daily activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel;
Support school operations by assisting with after-hours checks, special events, and/or arrival and dismissal activity while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with site contacts
