We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of accounting software and financial concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting, with experience in the corporate sector. The Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting our financial operations to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software, specifically Quick Books
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
