Express/Lube Technician – Starting at $16–$18/hr. (Based on Experience)
Location: 1025 Main St, Holyoke, MA 01040
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | No weekends or nights

• Starting Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and light bulb replacements
• Tire services: rotation, replacement, balancing, and sensor replacement
• 2- and 4-wheel alignments
• Perform Ford recalls, including software updates
• Complete multi-point inspections and fluid top-offs
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with shop equipment maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned by management

• 1+ year of automotive experience (Ford experience is a plus)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand, kneel, or squat throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Own power and hand tools
• Manual transmission driving is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
• Ford Field Service Action certified is a plus, but not required
