YOUR ROLE AS A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR As a Scheduler at All State Flagging, your primary responsibility will be to answer calls from customers and efficiently assign certified flaggers to various locations across New England.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing traffic control and ensuring safety for both the public and work sites. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential as you coordinate logistics and respond to immediate needs. By leveraging your strong communication skills, you'll collaborate with team members to ensure all positions are filled promptly, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of our clients and the communities we serve.
This role not only puts you at the heart of our operations but also positions you as a key player in maintaining safety standards across the region. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR To be successful as a Scheduler at All State Flagging, you will need a strong set of skills and experiences that align with the demands of the role.
An essential skill is the ability to communicate well, as you will be interfacing with customers and team members frequently, requiring fluency in English. Your proficiency in scheduling software will also be advantageous, enabling you to assign certified flaggers efficiently and effectively. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial, as you will often need to make quick decisions regarding staffing and logistics.
Additionally, having a collaborative mindset will help you work seamlessly with your team to get positions filled promptly, ensuring optimal safety and service delivery across various work sites in New England. Your strong organizational skills will further enhance your ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
